Banana and oat cake with lemon essence

2 whisks, bowl, microwave-safe bowl, oven
Step 1/6
- ¾ bananas
- ½ tbsp coconut oil
- ½ eggs
- ¼ tsp Lemon essence

Mix mashed bananas , eggs , lemon essence and coconut oil in one large bowl.
Step 2/6
- 35 kg Oat flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- whisk
Then add oat flour, baking soda and baking powder to the mix. Keep mixing them together.
Step 3/6
- 15 g rolled oats
- 15 ml milk
Add oats and milk to the mixture. Mix them again.
Step 4/6
- ¾ tbsp ground walnuts
- ¼ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- microwave-safe bowl
Put them in owen bowl and add walnuts and cocoa to top of the cake.

Preheat the oven to 325 F / 160 C before hand and bake for 30 mins.
Step 6/6
Let it cool down and enjoy . You can keep in the fridge. It goes amazing with breakfast.
