    • 2 egg whites

    In a bowl you have to place the egg whites to beat.

  • Step 2/3

    • 20 g oatmeal
    • ⅔ egg yolk
    • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
    • 20 ml soy milk
    • ⅔ scoop protein powder

    After beating add the next ingredients... And beat.

  • Step 3/3

    • ⅛ apple
    • 1⅓ tbsp honey
    • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon

    The last Step. Cut the apple into small pieces. In a bowl put the apple, honey and cinnamon. Put in microwave 1 min.
