Flaked oatmeal

Cinnamon powder
1 tbsp
sugar
½ tsp
coconut oil
1 tsp
poppy seed

lemon juice

    • 2 bananas
    • 6 tbsp Flaked oatmeal
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp poppy seed

    Mix ingredients

  • Step 2/5

    • 2 apples
    • 3 tsp Cinnamon powder
    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • ½ tsp coconut oil
    • ½ lemon juice
    • baking pan

    Cutting apples into slices and put coconut oil on the pan with apples, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice for 5 minutes

    Add the mix and cook over low heat for 5 minutes

    Flip the pancake onto a plate and brown on the other side
