Air fryer fitness bread

Step 1/3
- 1 tsp buckwheat flour
- 50 g wheat bran
- 50 g ground almonds
- 50 g flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp sea salt

In a standing mixer, add buckwheat flour, wheat bran, ground almonds, flax seed, baking powder, and sea salt. Beat for approx. 1–2 min. to combine.
Step 2/3
- 2½ egg whites
- 150 g yogurt
Add egg whites and yogurt to the same mixer bowl. Beat for approx. 2–3 min. more until a smooth, even dough forms.
Step 3/3
- 1 tbsp sunflower seed
- air fryer parchment paper
- air fryer loaf pan (18 cm/7 in.)
- air fryer (6.2 l)
- aluminum foil (optional)
Transfer dough to a parchment-lined air fryer loaf pan. Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top. Bake in the air fryer at 160°C/320°F, for approx. 35–45 min. Halfway, check if it browns too quickly, and if so cover with aluminum foil and continue the baking time.
