3-ingredient mini vanilla bread pudding

- 225 g vanilla ice cream
- 200 g brioche with raisins

Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Set ice cream out and let melt. Cut or tear brioche into bite-sized pieces and add to a large bowl.

Crack eggs into a bowl and beat together, then add to the melted ice cream and mix together. Season with a pinch of salt.
Step 3/4
- ramekin
Mix bread and custard mixture together and let sit for approx. 10 min., then spoon into greased ovenproof ramekins. Transfer to oven and bake for approx. 25 min. or until golden brown on top.
Step 4/4
- caramel sauce (for serving)
Top with caramel sauce and serve immediately. Enjoy!
