Letter from the Editor: Stay Organized, Reduce Waste, and Eat Better On-the-Go
From your desk to the open road, we’ll keep you well fed

We’ll have a look at the recipes and methods that make prepping ahead easier and share our tips for the best (and most sustainable) ways to pack up food for on-the-go. Maybe by September, their knack for prepping ahead will rub off on me.
A sneak peak of what’s to come
Whether you’re on the road for a summer vacation or sticking it out in the heat at home, there’s plenty to benefit from this month. From travel snacks (that also translate well at work), to better sandwiches, to composing the perfect lunch box, we’re not short on ways to infuse new flavors and techniques into your routine. We’ll also have a look at how to adopt more sustainable practices in our meal prep, from the ways we store our food to how, and what, we consume and waste.
