Cold soba noodles

"My favorite sauce is Tsuyu, a cold noodle sauce that's light and savory, which I paired down for this recipe. If you're worried that it'll be too salty, you can serve the noodles and sauce separately, then dip the noodles into the sauce instead of tossing everything together. I like matcha soba noodles because they have a light tea aroma and work deliciously with the cold noodle sauce, making this a super refreshing dish in summer!"
