Worlds Best Single Serve Mac-n-Cheese

Step 1/8

Bring a pot of salted water to a rolling boil, and preheat the oven to “Broil”

- 1½ cup Macaroni
Once the water is boiling add your noodles and cook to package directions

- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- frying pan
- cooking spoon
While noodles are cooking; toast butter,garlic powder, onion powder, chilli powder, mustard powder, and a pinch of salt in a frying pan.
Step 4/8
- ½ cup skim milk
Once the butter has begin to simmer, add the milk and return to a simmer

- ½ cup Colby cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
Add all of the Colby cheese and half of the cheddar and stir until fully melted and combined

Drain pasta, saving about a 1/4 cup of pasta water. Add water and pasta to the cheese sauce and emulsify
Step 7/8
Transfer to an oven safe dish, top with remaining cheddar, and broil until cheese is crispy.

Serve with a sprinkle of black pepper. Enjoy!
