Whole Wheat French Toast with Spiced Apple Syrup

- 2 eggs
- 1¼ cups Milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp butter

Whisk milk, eggs, vanilla and melted butter together.

- 6 slices Whole wheat bread

Then, swirl vegetable oil in the pan and let heat. Dip the bread in the egg mixture and place on pan flip about every 30-45 seconds at medium heat.

- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 Apples, diced

To start the syrup Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in small pot. Place diced apples to the pot cover and let sit on medium heat for 4 minutes.

- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Cinnnamon
Add brown sugar to the apples and stir. Sprinkle cinnamon and any other spices of your choice. Let sit for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve syrup warm on the French toast.
