- 7 brown mushrooms
- ½ red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 red onion
- 1 tbsp parsley
Cut the ingredients in small pieces

- 1½ tbsp ground turmeric
Sauté the ingredients for 5 minutes and add the olive oil and 1 teaspoon of turmeric.

- 6 eggs
Sautéed veggies (make sure it’s cooled down before adding to the mixture). Add the eggs, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, salt & pepper and mix.

Bake the 6 muffins for 15-20 minutes at 200 C
