Peeled Almonds
½ scoop
olive oil½ tsp
salt
½ tsp
Black pepper
¼ scoop
lemon juice
½ clove

Step 1/4
- ½ scoop Peeled Almonds
- blender
We put all the almonds together with the water in a food processor
Step 2/4
- ½ scoop olive oil
We begin to blend everything (medium/high speed) and slowly add the oil
Step 3/4
- ½ clove garlic
Once we have approx. half the oil, add the clove of garlic and continue with the previous process.
Step 4/4
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ¼ scoop lemon juice
Finally, add a little lemon, salt and pepper and process for a few more minutes until you have a creamy sauce.
