vegetable oil

caster sugar

lemon zest

lemon’s juice
28⅓ ml
Cold water

- 45⅞ g Self-raising flour
- 33⅓ g caster sugar
- ⅛ tsp baking powder
- ⅛ lemon zest
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and lemon zest in a bowl
Step 2/5
- 16⅔ ml vegetable oil
- ⅛ lemon’s juice
- 28⅓ ml Cold water
Add the oil, the lemon juice and the water

Mix until smooth
Step 4/5
Bake for 30 minutes at 200C
Step 5/5
When it’s done let it cool for 10 minutes and remove from the loaf
