Vegan healthy Blueberry matcha latte
Ingredients

- ¼ cup blueberry
- 2 bag Stevia
- 1 tsp lemon
Mix stevia with blueberry and lemon juice until becomes purée consistency (used around 20 pieces of blueberries.
Step 2/5
Pour the blueberry purée at the bottom of the glass, and add ice.
Step 3/5
- 1 cup coconut milk
Pour milk of choice in the glass.
Step 4/5
- 2 tsp Matcha
Pour your prepared matcha on top of the milk (How to prepare matcha : mix the amount desired of matcha powder with a ratio of 1:1 with water)
Step 5/5
(Optional) garnish with a slice of lemon, rosemary (mint leafs also works), fresh blueberries.
