"My step father has a gluten allergy so I always made these classic waffles gluten free, but since my mum, my sister and I went vegan about two weeks ago. I really missed these waffles since they are very yummy, so I experimented with the ingredients and changed some ingredients to vegan alternatives. These crunchy waffles are a regular now and I hope you guys will enjoy them as much as me and my family."
