Turkey Chilli

- 250 g ground turkey
- 1½ cloves garlic
- ½ onion

Coat a saucepan in oil; place over medium-high until hot. Add onions and garlic and cook until slightly translucent. Add meat and cook until the meat is browned, stirring to a crumble. (If you use fatier meat make sure to drain excess oil)

- 340 ml tomato sauce
- 199 ml canned diced tomatoes
- 175 ml canned black beans (drained)
- ½ tbsp dried oregano
- ¾ tsp chili powder
- ¾ tsp ground cumin
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- cooking spoon
Add beans and the next 8 ingredients (diced tomatoes through to ground cinnamon); stir well. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
