Tofu pineapple curry

- 250 g tofu
- 2 scallions
- 1 garlic
- cutting board
cut the tofu, scallions and garlic
Step 2/8
- 1 package pineapple
- bowl
cut the pineapples, let it drip off and save the juice in an extra bowl
Step 3/8
- 2 bags rice
cook the rice
Step 4/8
- 1 tbsp honey
- Oil
- frying pan
fry the tofu until it’s golden, then add the honey

add scallions and garlic and sauté
Step 6/8
- 3 tsp curry powder
add the pineapple and sauté, then add the curry and let it roast
Step 7/8
- ½ package cream
- 100 g cream cheese
Extinguish with cream and add step by step the cream cheese
Step 8/8
- 1 tbsp Vegetable stock
- Salt and pepper
season with salt, pepper, vegetable stock and pineapple juice
