The perfect hot chocolate

- 600 ml milk

Fill a mug with 300ml of milk. Pour about 3/4 of it into a pan and keep the rest back in the mug.

- 36 g 3 heaped teaspoons Instant hot chocolate powder
- 2 dash ground cinnamon
- Teaspoon
Add 3 heaped teaspoons of hot chocolate powder to the mug. Stir it into a smooth paste. Handy hint: add a sprinkle of cinnamon for a warming flavor boost. Stir it in well.

Place the pan over a medium heat. Heat the milk for about 3 minutes. When it’s hot whisk until it’s frothy.

Pour the hot milk back into the mug. Stir well. Handy hint: for a really indulgent treat, grate a little milk chocolate over the mug.
