Thai red curry
Ingredients
Step 1/4
- ½ tsp garlic paste
- ½ tsp Ginger paste
- ½ Red pepper
- ½ onion
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat and fry onion 3 min, later add red pepper, 1 tbsp ginger and 1 tbsp garlic paste and fry for 2 more mins.
Step 2/4
- 1 chicken breasts
In pan with fried onions put chicken sliced in small chunks and continue fry for 4min
Step 3/4
- 2 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- ½ tsp brown sugar
- ½ green chili
- Coriander fresh
In pan with chicken add Thai red curry sauce and fry for 1 min. Then add fish sauce, coconut milk, chilli pepper, some coriander (some leave for serving), brown sugar. Bring to the boil for 10 min, reduce to a simmer, stir a little and wait for the oil to rise to the surface.
Step 4/4
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 100 g Boiled rice
Boiled rice add in pan with oil , fry for 4 min, then add eggs and soya sauce, continue fry for 4 min
