    • 2 bananas (frozen)
    • 2 pitted dates
    • 2 tbsp tahini
    • 25 g rolled oats
    • ½ tsp vanilla extract
    • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
    • 120 ml Dallmayr prodomo
    • 120 ml milk
    • 2 tbsp yogurt (optional)
