Sweet Potato and Black Bean Veggie Burgers
Ingredients
Step 1/7
Cut sweet potatoes in half and cook in the oven at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes, let cool and remove skin.

Mash sweet potatoes and black beans in a bowl together, leave some beans whole
Step 3/7
Add the diced red onion, oats, cumin, smoked paprika chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder and salt. Stir until combined.
Step 4/7
Have a baking sheet ready with either parchment paper or cooking spray so the patties don’t stick
Step 5/7
Form the patties with your hands about 1 inch thick and place on baking sheet.
Step 6/7
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes and then flip, cook for another 15 minutes.
Step 7/7
Serve with any toppings and condiments you like!
