Super easy sheet pan pancakes

- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 150 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 80 g flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet with oil and preheat in the oven to prevent the dough from sticking. In a bowl, whisk milk and eggs well. Add flour, sugar, and salt and stir to form a smooth batter.

Pour the batter evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. Then transfer to the oven and bake for approx. 20–25 min. until the pancake is golden brown. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar, cut into pieces and add toppings as desired.
