Step 1/3
- 4 eggs
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- salt

- 10 g Parmesan cheese (for dusting)

Fried eggs over medium heat. Cover the pan with aluminum foil for the last two minutes. Sprinkle eggs with parmesan cheese.
Step 2/3
- 100 g button mushrooms (for frying)
- 6 pinches dried oregano

Put the oil on a pan and put the sliced mushrooms inside. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Fry mushrooms for 10 minutes with constant rotation medium heat.
Step 3/3
- 250 g mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices pineapples (for frying)
- olive oil (for sprinkling)

Fry pineapple on panf for 5 min. Slice the mozzarella into small pieces and season with pepper, salt and olive oil.
