"This is a fantastic side or main vegan dish. Tangy, spicy and a little sweet (from the sweet and juicy corn). You can adjust the spice in mayo by using a chilli sauce, paprika powder, sumac and cayenne or sambal. Enjoy!"

     Start with preheating the oven to 190 C. Prepare the rub for the riblets by mixing the oil, smoked paprika, salt and pepper, onion and garlic powder.

    Rub the mix on to the corn riblets and place them on a baking tray lined with a baking paper. Put the tray into the pre-heated oven for 15 min. Check after 10 min to see if they are browning.
