    Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl.

    In your bowl of your stand mixer cream butter and brown sugar. Once everything is fluffy add eggs. Keep mixing.

    Once everything is combined add sourdough starter, honey, olive oil and vanilla. Mix on medium high speed.

    Slow down the mixer, add flour little by little.

    Add chopped walnuts (leave a little bit for the top) and lemon zest and mix.
