Smoked Salmon Wrap

Step 1/4
- 1 slice avocado (ripe)
- 2 sheet Wrap
Lay out a piece of wrap, use a small knife to flesh out half-sliced avocado. Mash up the avocado and spread it on the wrap.
Step 2/4
- 4 tsp mayonnaise
Squeeze in a ‘z’ shape mayonnaise twice onto the wrap (or use 2 tablespoons instead). Spread it nicely along with the mashed avocado
Step 3/4
- 4 slices smoked salmon
Lay about 2-3 slices thin slices of smoked salmon onto the wrap. Wrap it up by folding from the left, then the right side of it; like a blanket.
Step 4/4
- Microwave
Place it into a microwave for 30 seconds to have a softer taste for both the salmon and the texture of the wrap
