Smoked Chicken Legs

- Cherry wood

Prepare smoker by bringing the temperature to 200, but no more than 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2/7
- ⅛ package chicken leg
- ⅛ cup Lemon pepper
- ¼ tbsp Kosher salt
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tbsp N’orlens Cajuns seasoning
Mix dry spices together in a bowl. Then lightly coat all sides of each chicken leg by picking up with clean dry hands and sprinkling over the chicken.
Step 3/7
When smoker is up to the desired temperature place the chicken legs on the grate.
Step 4/7
Cook for fourth five minutes on one side. Flip chicken over and cook on the other side until internal temp is near 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 5/7
- ¼ tsp Minced garlic
- ⅛ cup teriyaki sauce
- ⅛ cup barbecue sauce
- ⅜ tsp soy sauce

Create sauce by mixing items together in a bowl.
Step 6/7

Brush sauce onto chicken.
Step 7/7
Cook until temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
