Simple avocado and tuna bowl
Ingredients

- 200 g sushi rice

Rinse rice 6 times or until the water is clear.

Transfer rice to a pot and add 1 cup of water or just enough to cover it. Bring to a boil. When it starts boiling lower heat to minimum and cover. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and let it rest.
Step 3/9
- 175 g tuna steaks

Dice tuna and set aside in a small bowl.
Step 4/9
- ½ lemon
Add lemon.
Step 5/9
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Add sesame oil to tuna.

- 1 tsp soy sauce
Add soy sauce.

- ½ avocado

- cutting board
Cut open avocado like so.

Dice avocado.
Step 9/9
- sesame seed (for sprinkling)
- sea salt (for dusting)
Assemble bowl. Add rice, place marinated tuna on top and on the side the avocado. Sprinkle tuna with sesame seeds and avocado with salt.
