Scrambled eggs stir fry
Utensils
bowl, whisk, cutting board, knife, nonstick pan, 2 spatulas
Step 1/4
- 6 eggs
- parsley
- bowl
- whisk
Take 3 eggs whisk them in a bowl add fine chopped parsley to it and a pinch of salt
Step 2/4
- 2 bell pepper
- 2 shallot
- 2 garlic
- 2 red onion
- cutting board
- knife
Take a chuting board fine chop garlic also medium chop bell pepper, shallot and red onion evenly( as seen in the final dish)
Step 3/4
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tsp salt
- nonstick pan
- spatula
Take a non stick fry pan pour 2 tbsp of olive oil heat it for a minute and half. Now add fine chopped garlic to it and stir it for 30sec and then add rest of the chopped veggies stir it throughly for 4-5 minutes add some salt as per your convenience. ( don’t over cooked veggies)
Step 4/4
- 20 g butter
- spatula
Now add whisked eggs to it and stir it thoroughly, add butter to it and cook for 3-4 minutes until the egg is fully cooked.
