    Slice savoy cabbage into thin strips. Peel and slice red onion. Slice ham into strips. Wash and core pears and slice into thin wedges.
    • 300 g savoy cabbages
    • 3 slices honey-glazed sliced ham
    • ½ red onion
    • 1 pears
    • cutting board

    Slice savoy cabbage into thin strips. Peel and slice red onion. Slice ham into strips. Wash and core pears and slice into thin wedges.

    Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and add cabbage and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Fry for approx. 4 min., until the cabbage and onions are softened. Remove from heat and set aside. In the meantime, toast walnuts in a small frying pan until golden brown.

Add sliced pear to the savoy cabbage and carefully mix with the dressing. Arrange on a serving platter and top with crumbled blue cheese, ham, and toasted walnuts. Enjoy!
