Savoy cabbage salad with pears, walnuts, and ham

- 300 g savoy cabbages
- 3 slices honey-glazed sliced ham
- ½ red onion
- 1 pears

Slice savoy cabbage into thin strips. Peel and slice red onion. Slice ham into strips. Wash and core pears and slice into thin wedges.

- 30 g walnuts

- vegetable oil (for frying)

Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and add cabbage and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Fry for approx. 4 min., until the cabbage and onions are softened. Remove from heat and set aside. In the meantime, toast walnuts in a small frying pan until golden brown.

- 75 g blue cheese
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp sugar

For the dressing, mix together apple cider vinegar, sugar, olive oil, and Dijon mustard in a big bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add sliced pear to the savoy cabbage and carefully mix with the dressing. Arrange on a serving platter and top with crumbled blue cheese, ham, and toasted walnuts. Enjoy!
