Earl Grey tea
60 ml
coconut water
15 ml
lime juice
50 g
brown sugar
25 ml
water
5 g
nutmegStep 1/6
- 45 ml Earl Grey tea
Add the tea to your cup that you are using
Step 2/6
- 50 g brown sugar
- 25 ml water
To make a brown sugar syrup add the brown sugar and water on a gentle heat until dissolved then add this to the cup
Step 3/6
After add the lime juice and the coconut water to the mixture
Step 4/6
- 60 ml coconut water
- 15 ml lime juice
Now add 3-4 ice cubes into the cup to make it nice and cold
Step 5/6
- 5 g nutmeg
Grate the nutmeg and sprinkle it in the top
Step 6/6
Optional- add a wedge of lime to garnish
