- 600 g arugula
- ⅔ avocado
- ½ purple onion
- 12 cherry tomatoes
chop the avocado and onions, cut the tomatoes in two and mix everything
Step 2/3
- 2 lemon
- 80 g Parmesan cheese
- 20 g cashew nuts
grate the cheese, cashew and 1/3 of the lemon peel and add them
Step 3/3
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
add the olive oil and salt then mix up
