Rösti with salmon

- 150 g potatoes

Wash, peel and grate the potatoes. Squeeze out and discard the excess liquid from the potatoes and place into a bowl.

- ½ onion
- ½ egg
- grater

Peel and grate the onion. Add and egg and the grated union to the potatoes and mix.

Bake the rösti mix in a pan with olive oil
Step 4/5
- 62½ ml sour cream
- ¼ lemon zest
- chives
- salt
- pepper
Mix the sour cream, chives, lemon zest and some salt and pepper in a bowl
Step 5/5
- smoked salmon
Place a rösti on a plate. Put on some sauce and finish of with some smoked salmon and chives.
