Step 1/3
- 200 g baby spinach
- 300 g ramen noodles
- pot
Boil Ramen and Spinach first for 3 mins; then drain the water, put aside to cool
Step 2/3
- sweet chili sauce
- 3 slices Spam
add sweet & spicy sauce into 400ml boiled water; then add spam to cook for 2 mins
Step 3/3
- 1 egg
- cilantro
Put back ramen and spinach; add egg to cook for 2mins at medium heat (for a runny egg yolk). Garnish with cilantro on top for plating!!
