Step 1/5
- 25 g quinoa
Wash and boil the quinoa for about 15 min
Step 2/5
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
Cut the chicken into stripes and rub them with the spices
Step 3/5
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
Cut veggies
Step 4/5
Set a skillet on the stove, add the chicken stripes until sort of done, then add the veggies
Step 5/5
When quinoa is done boiling, add it to the skillet and you’re done! Add some lemon juice for a kick :)
