Quick berry frozen yogurt

4 small serving glasses, food processor

Step 1/3
- 4 small serving glasses
Put small serving glasses in the freezer for approx. 10 min.
Step 2/3
- 2 tbsp honey
- 250 g yogurt
- 7½ g mint
- 250 g frozen mixed berries
- food processor
While the glasses chill, put the honey, yogurt, and mint leaves in the food processor and whiz until smooth. Add the frozen berries and whiz again until well combined and smooth.
Step 3/3
- 50 g blueberries
Get the glasses out of the freezer and divide the fresh blueberries between them. Top with the ice cream and enjoy immediately!
