- ⅝ medium sized potatoes
- 1⅜ tsp all purpose flour/ maida
- 17¾ g bread crumbs
- finely chopped corriander
- ¼ tsp coriander powder
- ¼ tsp red chilli powder
- ¼ tsp garam masala
- ¼ tsp cumin powder
- salt to taste

boil the potatoes and mash them up then add the chopped coriander,coriander powder,red chilli powder,garam masala, powder and salt according to your taste. add 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour or Maida and leave the rest for coating the potato pops. again add 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and leave the rest for breading the potatos

roll the mashed potatoes into balls with your hands without using water. make sure the balls aren't too big not too small

- ⅞ tsp water (for coating)
take the leftover Maida and add the water into it and give it a good mix until it forms a slurpy texture. then take the leftover breadcrumbs into another bowl

dip the potato balls in the Maida mixture and make sure it's outside is properly coated with it. then roll the ball in the breadcrumbs so that they get coated with the bread crumbs properly and completely

- oil for frying
- pan
heat the oil in the pan and fry the balls in the oil. make sure the oil is properly heated. once the balls turn golden brown on the outside take them out and serve them with any sauce you like or even mayonnaise
