lamb legs
150 g
plums
4 tbsp
lemon juice
4 tbsp
vegetable oil
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
black peppercorn
1 tsp
cayenne pepper
1 tsp
garlic powder
½ tsp
ground ginger
tsp
nutmeg
  • Step 1/6

    • 1 kg spinach

    Cooked spinach with out water. About 15 minutes

  • Step 2/6

    • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 1 onion
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp black peppercorn
    • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • ½ tsp ground ginger
    • tsp nutmeg
    • tsp ground turmeric

    Cut onion to small pieces. Sabte in oil. Add all seasonings

  • Step 3/6

    • 450 g lamb legs

    Cut the lamb to cubes add to onion until change the color

  • Step 4/6

    • 1 l beef stock

    Add stock and cooked for 45 minutes

  • Step 5/6

    • 150 g plums
    • 4 tbsp lemon juice

    Add plums and lemon juice and cooked for 20 minutes to reduce water.

  • Step 6/6

    Served with cooked rices
