Pizza bread
Step 1/10
- ½ kg flour
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1⅓ tsp sugar
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl.
Step 2/10
Add the lukewarm water to the mixture while you knead it, until you got a slightly dry dough.
Step 3/10
Add the olive oil to the dough and knead it into it, until you have an oily and little bit sticky pizza dough.
Step 4/10
Rest the dough for 30 minutes.
Step 5/10
Preheat oven to 240 C.
Step 6/10
The dough should have risen by now. Knead it again and form it into a ball.
Step 7/10
Roll out the dough, form it into a disk.
Step 8/10
Put the disc to a pizza baking sheet. Sprinkle some oregano and thinly sliced garlic on top (optional).
Step 9/10
Put the pizza into the oven for about 10 minutes.
Step 10/10
Sprinkle some olive oil on top before serve.
