Pesto with Fresh Herbs

- 200 g sage leaves
- 100 g basil
- 6 sprigs oregano
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 6 sprigs thyme
remove the herbs from the sprigs and finely chop them. add them to a bowl.

- 200 g walnuts
- 6 cloves garlic
repeat the chopping with the walnuts and the garlic gloves. if you like a really fine pesto, chop the nuts accordingly. i like them to be a bit coarse, it gives it a bit of texture. add the nuts to the herbs.

- 160 g Parmesan cheese
grate the parmesan cheese and add it to the bowl.

- 1 lemon
juice the lemon, add it to the mixture as well.
Step 5/5
- 400 ml olive oil
- flaky sea salt
- pepper
now you can add the olive oil and combine everything into a smooth paste. season it with salt and freshly ground pepper.
