Step 2/5
Mix wet Ingredients into the dry one, and stir until well mixed. Do not over stir. Set aside while you prepare your apples.
Step 3/5
- 2 apples
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 1½ tbsp water
Peel and cut your apples into cubes. Add butter to your pan and preheat to medium high heat. Once the pan is hot add your apples, 1 spoon of sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and a spoon of water. Cook until nicely caramelised, around 15minutes.
Step 4/5
- 3 tbsp oil
Preheat your pan to medium high heat, and dip a paper towel into some oil or butter and wipe the pan with it. The add a good spoonful of your pancake mix to your pan and make a nice circle. Wait until you can see some bubbles on top and flip. Once the bottom is nice and golden they are done cooking. I like to place them in 75 degree C oven to keep them hot while cooking.
Step 5/5
Stack your pancakes on a plate, and place a spoonful of your apples on top and enjoy.
Enjoy your meal!
