Mushroom spaghetti

Ingredients
Step 1/5
- 200 g spaghetti
- water
Cook spaghetti with a little bit of olive oil and a pinch of salt (see cooking instructions on packaging)
Step 2/5
- 150 g brown mushrooms
- ½ White onion
- 1½ cloves garlic
- ½ stalk parsley
- ½ red pointed pepper
Cut vegetables
Step 3/5
- olive oil
Add vegetables in a pan and stir fry vegetables in some olive oil on medium high heat
Step 4/5
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
- salt
- pepper
- ½ tsp optional: lemon juice
Add some extra olive oil and add cooked spaghetti to the vegetables and season with salt, pepper and 100g Parmesan cheese and stir the dish (Add ingredients to your taste e.g. tsp of lemon juice or more salt and pepper)
Step 5/5
Serve the dish with some parsley and Parmesan on top!
