Use your hands for all steps! The butter needs to be at room temperature, pour the sugar over it and squeeze it

Gradually add as much flour as the dough absorbs, finally stir in the chocolate. make small balls with your hands (47g) and place them on the baking sheet, squeezing them a little. Bake for 20-25min 180degrees
