Step 1/4
- 250 g lamb fillets
- ½ onion
- ¼ tbsp salt
- pepper
Marinade the lamb with onions, salt and pepper for two hours
Step 2/4
Tread the lamb cubes onto the skewers.
Step 3/4
Put the lamb skewers onto the grill.
Step 4/4
- 5 g ground cumin
- chili flakes
- ¼ tbsp salt
- ¼ tsp salt
Add ground cumin powder and chili flakes shortly before the lamb is done.(grill time depends on type of grill, normal grill 6-8min)
