Step 1/2
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 120 ml warmed water
- tea cup
In a matcha ceremonial cup, pour warm water to matcha powder. Use bamboo whisk to whip the ingredients till the mixture mix well and become foam.
Step 2/2
- 320 ml cold milk
- 60 ml sugar syrup
- 160 g ice cubes
- highball glass
- bar spoon
In a glass, pour cold milk and syrup together, then use a bar spoon to mix well. Next, add ice cube to the glass and slowly pour the matcha mixture on top of a glass. Serve cold.
