    Bring water to a boil and add chopped and peeled sweet potatoes. Once potatoes are soft, drain and let rest for 5 min. After that add all ingredients and let rest for another 5 min!
    • 6 sweet potatoes
    • ¾ cl flour
    • 1 egg
    • 1 g feta cheese
    • 1 tbsp ras el hanout
    • cilantro (for thickening)
    • tsp salt
    • tsp pepper
    • cutting board
    • knife

    Once rested, add a small (bite sized amount of the potato mixture and roll in panko crumbs (or breadcrumbs/flour). Once oil is warm enough start adding the little balls!
