"Lite Flaxseed milk has only 25 calories per cup and is great base. It is surprising the oats dissolve without leaving overnight or cooking, but with enough blending, they do. Vary the frozen fruit. Especially liked strawberry banana."

Step 1/3
- 4 cups soy milk
- 4 cups frozen fruit
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- blender
Place ingredients in blender
Step 2/3
Blend using smoothie setting until desired consistency
Step 3/3
Optionally, garnish with fruit, whipped cream, yogurt, and/or ice cream
