Lemon pepper Salmon
Utensils
aluminum foil, knife, baking pan (8x8 in.)
Step 1/9
- aluminum foil
Cut 2 10x10 sheets of foil
Step 2/9
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Pour 1 tbsp of oil on each foil sheet
Step 3/9
- 2 salmon fillets
Place salmon on oil and flip salmon so that both sides are covered in olive oil

- 4 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
Cover each salmon filet with lemon pepper seasoning

- 1 lemon
- knife
Cut lemon into quarter wedges
Step 6/9
Squeeze 1 lemon wedge on each salmon filet
Step 7/9
- baking pan (8x8 in.)
Wrap salmon filets up in the foil and place in pan (in case of dripping)
Step 8/9
Put Salmon in oven at 375 for 35-40 minutes
Step 9/9
Serve salmon in foil and with remaining lemon wedges for aesthetic
