Lava Cake in Cassolette
Utensils
stand mixer with whisk, saucepan, spatula, oven
Step 1/8
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Add eggs and sugars

- stand mixer with whisk
Whisk the eggs and sugar until it's foamy
Step 3/8
- 1½ tbsp flour
Add flour and continue to whisk
Step 4/8
- 80 g chocolate
- 2 tbsp butter
- saucepan
Put the chocolate and butter in a small pan and melt over low heat
Step 5/8

Mix the melted chocolate with cake mixture with a spatula and butter the cassolettes
Step 6/8
Pour the mixture into cassolettes and place these in a glass pyrex with some water in it
Step 7/8
- oven
Put the pyrex into a preheated oven and bake for 17 minutes at 180 degrees
Step 8/8
Wait for 2 minutes after taking out from the oven
