"This is now my favorite way to drink matcha! All you need is a jar to shake it all together and voila—the most refreshing drink is yours. If you’d like to infuse even more flavor into your tea, place all the ingredients in a jar (or multiply the recipe to make it pitcher-sized), stir well, and add other aromatics like lemongrass, jasmine tea, limes, or mint. Let cool in the fridge overnight and shake again before serving. Call it matcha cold brew if you like!"

- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 500 ml water
- 2 tsp honey
- glass jar
Add matcha and water to glass jar. Stir briefly, then add honey and stir again. Screw the lid onto the jar, shake well until frothy and the matcha is dissolved.

- ice cubes (for serving)
- 2 lemon (for garnish)
- mint (for garnish)
Add ice cubes to a glass. Pour into a glass and garnish with lemon and mint. Enjoy!
