- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- ½ tsp smoked paprika powder
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried sage
- whisk
Over medium-low heat add all ingredients (except flour and pepper) into small saucepan & start whisking!

- 2 tbsp rice flour
- Whisk
Slowly add flour as whisking.
Step 3/5
Keep stirring gravy to desired thickness as flour cooks - be careful not to let boil.

Taste! Adjust as pleased with pepper & more smoked paprika if you’d like a more intense meaty flavour.

Transfer to a pourer & enjoy!
